PARIS — Twenty-two companies from eight European Union nations have formed a consortium to bid on designing the European Commission’s proposed secure communications and broadband satellite network.
Called New Symphonie, the consortium includes new and not so new companies, small and mid-size, that will provide the commission with a proposed constellation architecture and associated costs.
