PARIS — Satellite laser communications terminal builder Tesat Spacecom looks at 2021 as a possible breakout year as it prepares to test LEO-to-ground laser links from a 3u cubesat launched in January and readies its production line for an expected constellation-volume order from the U.S. Space Development Agency (SDA).
