PARIS — Thales Alenia Space’s $930 million contract to build six second-generation Galileo positioning, navigation and timing satellites offers a small clue into the theft-of-proprietary-data complaint filed by OHB SE against Airbus Defence and Space in the Galileo bidding.
OHB’s protest blocked the award of both the Thales and Airbus Galileo contracts under a Jan. 31 injunction by the European Court of Justice.
