Broadband satellite ground terminal designer Isotropic raises $40M from UK government, SES, Boeing HorizonX

UPDATE May 25, 2021: Startup satellite broadband ground terminal designer Isotropic Systems secured $22.6 million in additional support from the British government via a UK Space Agency-backed co-funded development of the company's product through the European Space Agency (ESA).

The funding of 18.6 million euros ($22.6 million) from ESA's Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems (ARTES) will complete Isotropic's funding requirements until the first launch of its product in mid-2022, Isotropic said.
