PARIS — SES wants a Canadian court to force Telesat to provide documents and oral testimony to buttress SES’s $1.8-billion claim against Intelsat relating to the three companies’ C-Band Alliance (CBA) agreement.

SES said Telesat, as the only other party in the room during CBA discussions between Nov. 18, 2019, and Feb. 7, 2020 — Eutelsat had quit the CBA in September 2019 — has critical knowledge that would help prove that Intelsat unilaterally quit CBA in search of a better cash . . .
