PARIS — LeoStella LLC has won a breakthrough contract with Loft Orbital to build multiple satellites to be delivered by late 2021 as part of Loft Orbital’s “infrastructure as a service” business model.
LeoStella is a joint venture between BlackSky and Thales Alenia Space. It inaugurated its factory in February 2019 with the goal of producing Earth observation satellites for BlackSky as well as spacecraft for other customers: https://bit.ly/2Yk84Qu
