PARIS — Commercial satellite signals-intelligence startup Kleos Space has opened a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary in an inevitable move to prevent competitor Hawkeye 360 from having all the fun with U.S. military contracts.
Kleos Space named Karyn Hayes-Ryan, most recently with consultancy Deep Water Point, who occupied several positions with the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the U.S. National Reconnaissance Office, as director of Kleos Space Inc.
