WASHINGTON — Medium- and heavy-lift launch service providers are giddy with the demand they see in front of them, and often say their biggest worry is not being able to meet it.
So it was surprising when launch-service provider Arianespace, now rejuvenated after what it was a remarkably smooth March 6 inaugural commercial Ariane 6 flight, said it will not be launching again until July — because none of its customers are ready.
