LA PLATA, Maryland — Thales Group Chief Executive Patrice Caene said it’s too soon to say whether ongoing talks with Airbus and Leonardo on a merger of all or part of their space divisions is feasible and, if so, whether it’s in the interest of Thales shareholders.
