BRUSSELS — Europe’s multi-orbit Iris2 secure connectivity ecosystem — contractors and would-be contractors — are set to meet Feb. 12 in Brussels to begin what one of them called “the real hard work” of securing price commitments from a diverse supply chain and validating the network’s top-line performance goals: 3.3 Tbps from 290 satellites in LEO and MEO orbits for 10.6 billion euros ($10.9 billion) and service starting in 2030.
