PARIS — Liechtenstein’s telecom regulator has rescinded the license awarded to Rivada Space Networks for a large broadband constellation of low-orbiting satellites, leaving Rivada without the regulatory priority it has highlighted as one of its key assets, according to industry officials.
The move came in early October but has not been published by Liechtenstein’s Office for Communications (AK). Rivada has appealed the ruling, but the appeal does not suspend the decision to rescind the license following what officials said
