PARIS — A Munich court has ordered startup satellite broadband constellation owner Rivada Space Networks to pay satellite contractor OHB System AG 1.76 million euros, plus interest, for a Phase B study contract dating from 2022, before Rivada selected Terran Orbital as its prime contractor.
The order, dated Aug. 19, follows a suit filed by OHB for what it said was Rivera’s nonpayment of the contract despite OHB’s efforts.
