PARIS — The chief executive of Rivada Space Networks, the company whose payment delays to satellite builder Terran Orbital on a $2.4-billion contract for 288 broadband satellites precipitated Terran’s forced fire-sale acquisition by Lockheed Martin, said his company is confident that its constellation will be built by Lockheed Martin as Terran’s new owner.
