LA PLATA, Maryland —  It’s news that would raise eyebrows at any other time, but in the New Space era it’s just another event:

Belgian startup satellite manufacturer, with no plans for its own constellation, breaks ground on factory designed to produce 500 satellites per year.

Aerospacelab, founded in 2018, is demonstrating initial traction in building satellites. It has eight in orbit, the last four of which were launched aboard the SpaceX Transporter-10 mission in March. All four satellites are reported healthy in orbit and . . .
