SINGAPORE — Equatorial Launch Australia (ELA) expects to sign three more startup launch-service providers in the coming weeks as it seeks to expand its operation to include seven space launch complexes, each with two pads.
ESA Chief Executive Michael Jones said the company already has draft contracts with about a dozen startup launchers, many of them planning operations at other spaceports but need spaceport diversity to make their business plans.
