Satellogic secures high-interest financing to stave off cash crunch, moves HQ to US to win government contracts

PARIS — Startup geospatial imagery service provider and satellite seller Satellogic is counting on a change in headquarters to the United States this year to unlock U.S. government business, generating revenue to allow the company to pursue its business plan.

British Virgin Islands-based Satellogic will then be subject to the reporting requirements, and the additional costs, of a publicly traded U.S. company.
